MUJI Cuisine was part of the Pratt Japan Studio where we presented ideas to reinvigorate Kamogawa's falling population.

MUJI Cuisine proposes a show with a local chef and inbound chef: each using locally found ingredients, the local chef prepares a traditional dish and the inbound chef creates a new dish with the same ingredients.
